Appointments & Payment

A valid credit card is required to secure your appointment. Your card will not be charged until checkout, after your service is completed.

Cancellations & No-Shows

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Same-day cancellations are subject to a $40 fee. No-shows will be charged the full price of the scheduled service.

All Sales Are Final

All salon and medical spa services are final, including unused portions of service packages. We encourage open communication throughout your appointment so that we can provide care tailored to your needs and expectations.

Appointment Guests

To maintain a relaxing environment for every guest and allow our stylists to remain focused on providing the best service possible, we kindly ask that clients attend their appointments alone. We are unable to accommodate children or additional guests during service visits.
