Booking Terms & Policies
To secure your appointment, a valid credit card is required at the time of booking. Please note: Your card will not be charged until checkout, after your service is completed.
We require 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations. Same-day cancellations may incur a $40 fee, and no-shows will be charged the full price of the scheduled service.
All Sales Are Final. Please note that all sales at Mateo House of Beauty are final. We do not offer refunds on salon or spa services, nor on any unused portions of service packages. Our team is dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction, and we encourage open communication during your appointment so we can meet your needs to the best of our ability.
To maintain a relaxing environment for all guests and help our stylists focus on providing the best service possible, we kindly ask that clients attend their appointments alone. We are unable to accommodate children or additional guests during service visits. Thank you for understanding and helping us create a calm, focused space for everyone.
